Project & Physician Leads Monthly Networking Call
You are invited to join us for the Shared Care Monthly Networking Calls. These calls will take place on the third Wednesday of each month, 12:00pm–1:30pm.
The purpose of these calls is to bring together physician and projects leads alike to share project learnings and provide a space for networking amongst peers.
We will have a rotating theme each month. If your project does not focus on this theme, you are welcome—but not required—to attend.
Thank you to everyone who attended last year’s calls. Based on your feedback, this year we will be focusing on topics such as:
- Adult Mental Health
- Cancer care
- Innovation (PiC/TiC)
- Chronic Pain
- … and more
A detailed agenda and more information will be distributed in advance of each call.

*Please note physician attendance will be compensated. A Sessional Claim Form will be submitted on their behalf after each call.
