School-based Health Hubs Providers’ Sharing Event

Calling all physicians who have been, or currently are, part of a School Health Hub initiative!

Join us on November 14 for an afternoon virtual learning and sharing session with fellow physicians providing school-based health clinic care. Together, we will engage in a discussion to identify successes and challenges, as well as build connections to strengthen the sustainability and impact of school-based health hubs, building a model to support other communities in introducing health clinics in their schools.
